I have always enjoyed cooking and especially eating food. I went from watching my mom cook to being the one whipping up meals in the kitchen at a very young age. When I became vegan 3 years ago I really thought I would be eating nothing but beans, veggies, and fruits for the rest of my life. However, I quickly learned this was not the case whatsoever. Anything I crave, I can find in a vegan, soy-free version.

Today’s Vegan Food Find is this pumpkin spice-flavored almond butter by Sprouts. The 3 ingredients listed in this creamy butter are roasted almonds, sugar, and natural pumpkin spice. Simple ingredients just the way I like it. The product is also free from gluten and made with 100% almonds.
Ok, so it’s vegan and it’s soy and gluten-free. But, what about the taste? When tasting this almond butter I was immediately hit with a strong, very tasty pumpkin flavor. Hello, Fall! I use this for my toast, in my oats, and sometimes just a scoop right out of the jar to satisfy my sweet tooth.
I love pumpkin spice-flavored foods and if you do too, I would definitely recommend giving Sprouts pumpkin spice flavored almond butter a try!
